Terms of Service

1. Account & Eligibility

• —You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• —You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• —You may not share your account or allow others to download assets on your behalf.
• —AETHER PBR reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

2. Subscriptions & Credits

• —Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. Prices exclude applicable taxes.
• —Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable once purchased.
• —Unused credits in monthly plans do not roll over to the next billing cycle.
• —Annual plan credits are valid for 12 months from the purchase date.
• —You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• —AETHER PBR reserves the right to modify pricing with 30 days advance notice.

3. Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle.com provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

4. Asset License

• —Downloaded assets are licensed for use in rendered images, animations, games, and interactive applications — including commercial projects.
• —You may NOT resell, redistribute, or share the raw texture files, whether modified or unmodified.
• —You may NOT use assets to train AI/ML models or generative systems without written permission.
• —Free (CC0) assets are released under Creative Commons Zero. No attribution required.

6. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

AETHER PBR Vault is provided "as is". We make no warranties regarding uptime, asset accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.
